Auto-saving projects: no more losses

PRODBOARD offers the auto-save feature — this means that even if the tab is accidentally closed or the system crashes, your changes will not be lost.

How does it work?

If you were working on a project and did not save it manually, upon the next launch of the planner, you will see a notification:

Some unsaved work has been found.
[Restore]

By clicking the Restore button, you will open a dialog where you can choose one of the latest unsaved projects.

What gets saved?

• Unsaved project (if you created something from zero but did not press the "Save" button).
• The latest changes in a saved project — a backup is created, linked to the project number.

Each copy is displayed with the exact time of the last modification, allowing you to quickly restore the version you need.

Important

• Auto-save works locally on your computer.
• Copies are not uploaded to the server and are not accessible from other devices.
• If you clear your browser cache or use incognito mode — copies may be lost.

This feature is especially useful for designers and managers working with many projects and details. Now you can work peacefully — PRODBOARD will always back you up!
