Hotkeys: Speed Up Your Work

For users of the PRODBOARD online planner, a useful feature has been introduced — hotkeys. This is especially relevant for managers and staff of dealer networks who work daily with the system interface.

What are hotkeys?

Hotkeys allow you to quickly switch between sections, run project checks, manage modules and views — all with a single key.  The hotkeys work in three modes, and are activated in combination with the ALT key, which significantly speeds up the work.

Hotkeys are conveniently divided into logical groups:

1. Navigation

Main transitions between sections of the planner:

• R — Room elements
• F — Furniture products
• D — Decor and interior
• i — Project check
• O — Invoice creation
  
  

2. Collection

Working with objects and materials:

• 1 — Add objects
• 2 — Materials and options
• 3 — Objects in the project
  
  

3. Module

Managing module settings:

• 1 — Main settings
• 2 — Materials and options
• 3 — Replace object
• 4 — Detailed structure
  
  

4. View

Switching between display modes:

• PgUp — Plan
• Home — 3D
• P — Simple
• [ / ] — Optimized / Photorealistic
• M — Hide/show decor
• , . / — Facades, sizes, markers
  
  

Operating Modes

The system supports three hotkey operating modes:

• Disabled — Hotkeys are inactive
• Default — Predefined combinations
• Custom — Personalized settings
