Nobilia 2025: prototype of the online catalog in the Prodboard planner

The company Prodboard has developed a prototype catalog for Nobilia — the largest European kitchen manufacturer. This is not a final or functional version, but rather a proof of concept with integration according to the IDM standard.
The catalog can be used free of charge for visual design, but at your own risk. For professional work and commercial use, it is recommended to contact Prodboard support.

Catalog readiness and coverage

The prototype covers almost the entire factory assortment:

More than 95% of cabinet and module models have already been uploaded.
All fronts and decors, including the Line N program (handleless kitchens).
Support for all types of handles.
All types of sinks, faucets, and waste sorting systems are implemented.

Home appliances and accessories

The planner includes the main categories of household appliances:

dishwashers,
ovens, microwaves, and combination models,
cooktops,
refrigerators,
coffee machines and even wine cabinets.

More than half of the appliance range is already available for design.

Full customization of decors and models

In the prototype catalog, all cabinet, front, and countertop decors have been configured, allowing for the most accurate visualization of the future kitchen.

In addition, 3D models of all fronts and handles have been created, ensuring realistic display and proper functionality of the selection logic.

Convenient catalog filtering and search

Since the Nobilia catalog is very extensive, the prototype includes additional tools for quickly finding the required modules:

Height group — filtering by height groups,
Search by code — search by module code,
Search by keywords — search by keywords,
Filter by dimensions — filter by dimensions.

These features significantly simplify working with the large assortment and make designing faster and more convenient.

Modern design elements

The prototype reflects the latest innovations in the Nobilia catalog:

nBOX system — new drawers with designer glass sides and decorative elements;
extended lighting: lower and upper zones of wall cabinets, integrated lighting of Line N handles;
adjustable cabinet width and depth, automatic replacement of vertical profiles;
decorative elements: pilasters, cubes, open shelves.

Convenience and tips

To ensure users don’t miss important details, the Placement Assistant has been implemented — a system that highlights recommended installation spots for filler panels, inserts, and back panels.
Built-in smart recommendations help select the optimal cabinet and handles depending on the chosen kitchen style.
