There are even more opportunities for large-scale sales of your products using our system. Owing to the advanced settings, not only supplier companies, but also all their dealers can efficiently work in the planner.
What is the value of a dealer module?
Every dealer can place the planner on its own website. Moreover, dealers can have private accounts in the system. There they can receive orders, help their customers with editing projects, work with reports and customize corporate letters.
Besides this, dealers can be provided with several price lists, which have different discount variants. Optionally they can use a ready-made price list with recommended prices. They can also fix their own retail prices in the system for selling products to own customers. For this its’s just necessary to set a particular markup percentage to a purchase price list.

Settings for dealers
A supplier company decides on its own which functions should be available for distributors and which hidden.
By default dealers receive the following menu tabs with settings from a supplier company: reports, documents, system materials, predefined views, notifications, UI settings, planners, tax & margin.
In the private account a supplier company can select whether to transfer its settings and give the editing right to a dealer or not.
How does it work?
For instance, if a company provides editing right for an Email server tab, a dealer gets prearranged server settings. However, they are open for modification, in case a dealer decides to send email notifications on its own behalf, and not from a supplier company.
Email notifications are sent to customers for such events as registration in the planner, project refresh, ordering or password recovery. Dealers have the right to modify ready-made mail templates of a supplier company only if the company has shared the editing right together with company settings.
When a supplier company hasn’t transferred prearranged settings to distributor’s private account, it’s necessary to create notification templates from scratch.
Also, it happens that suppliers want to apply corporate color schemes not only to their planners, but also to those the dealers have. Then, they have to disable editing and hide System materials tab by selecting Share option.
As is evident from the foregoing, there is a great number of options in software system settings. All it helps to provide dealers with monitorable freedom of action.
